The split is written into pump.fun's fee-sharing config at launch and locks after one update. Nobody can change it, including us. The creator fee is 0.30% of every trade on the bonding curve, and 0.05% to 0.95% on PumpSwap depending on market cap.

how the queue moves.

One vote per tab per wallet. Weight caps at 3, so whales can't pick every winner. Balances are checked when you vote and again at the tally; votes from wallets that sold below 50K are dropped.
Queue order. The most-voted tab goes next. If the pot hasn't covered #1 within 24 hours, Tabby pays the most-voted tab the pot can already cover.
Flags. Any voter can flag a tab once. Three flags from different wallets send it to a person before it can be paid.
Skipped tabs. A selected tab that fails the final check is skipped. Its money stays in the pot.

Fees land in multisig vaults, not a hot wallet. The payout wallet can move at most 15 SOL a day, enforced on-chain.
05 · faq
questions, answered.
Do holders get paid?+
No. Holding $TAB earns nothing. The fees pay other people's bills, and 10% buys and burns $TAB every Sunday.
What's public about my tab?+
A redacted copy of the receipt (names, addresses and card numbers removed), your X handle, the amount and the payment. The original stays in a private bucket.
Who pays the network fee?+
Tabby does. You get the full USD value of the receipt in SOL.
What SOL price do you use?+
The midpoint of Pyth and Jupiter at the moment of payment. If they disagree by more than 1%, or either is over 60 seconds old, Tabby waits.
What if my tab isn't picked?+
Tabs expire after 7 days in the queue. You can submit a new one right away.
Can I change my wallet?+
Once every 30 days, and not while a tab of yours is between queued and paying. That stops anyone redirecting an approved payout.
Why do I need an X account?+
It's your identity. Account age and followers make it expensive to fake many people. We never post for you and keep no X token.
What stops Tabby spending everything?+
An on-chain spending limit of 15 SOL a day, a pot floor of 0.5 SOL that is never paid out, human review of every first payout, and a pause switch.
Can I appeal a rejection?+
Yes, once per rejected tab, from your page. A person reads every appeal.
